Hello everyone, I’m Yvonne, from China. I’m truly excited to share the story behind my deep connection with crystal bracelets and our little studio, wooxing.
My journey began back in 1995. I was just a young schoolgirl then, watching my mother immerse herself in the beautiful, traditional craft of hand-weaving crystal bracelets. I’d often sit quietly beside her, mesmerized by the dance of her skilled hands with the shimmering crystals.
The look of deep focus on her face, the rhythmic flow of her fingers, and the way the light danced through the stones—it all wove itself into the fabric of my childhood. Day after day, her quiet dedication and passion for the craft seeped into my heart, planting a seed of fascination that grew without me even realizing it.
That natural pull, born from watching my mother, eventually turned into a conscious choice to learn. Under her patient guidance and careful instruction, I began my apprenticeship. She taught me everything—how to recognize the quality and unique energy of different crystals, how to master intricate weaving techniques, sharing not just her skills but her deep appreciation for beauty itself.
t wasn’t easy; it demanded immense patience and an almost obsessive eye for detail. But through her teaching and example, I came to truly understand the value and the soul of handmade artistry. I fell in love with this craft, this ability to capture the raw beauty of nature and fuse it with human dedication into something tangible and precious.
Today, wooxing studio is the heart of my passion and commitment. Every single crystal bracelet you see displayed here carries a piece of my heart and my unwavering standards.
The journey starts with me personally sourcing the materials. I scour the globe, meticulously selecting only the finest, most natural, pure, and energetically vibrant crystal rough. Every bead is handpicked, touched, and examined by me to ensure its color, clarity, pattern, and brilliance meet my exacting criteria.
Then comes the labor of love: designing, cutting (when needed), polishing, weaving, stringing, finishing… Each step is performed by my own hands. The threads I weave aren’t just holding beads; they carry my deep respect for my mother’s legacy and my own relentless pursuit of perfection.
I believe this hands-on approach is the only way to truly infuse each piece with the love and uncompromising quality it deserves.
wooxing is more than a business; it’s a continuation of a family story. I’m blessed with two wonderful little daughters. Just like I used to sit by my mother’s side, they now often gather around my workbench, their eyes wide with curiosity as their little hands explore these sparkling creations
Seeing their fascination fills me with a tender hope. My deepest wish is that the flame of this artistry—first kindled by my mother and carefully tended by me—will one day light their own paths. I dream of the day they might embrace this beautiful craft that blends nature’s gifts, tradition, and the joy of creation.
